Q1- Could you briefly explain how Chirpley was created and what is the objective of the project?

Let me start with a brief background of the current landscape.

40% of marketers aren’t sure if their campaigns are even effective and 90% find it difficult to fully understand how influencer compensation is calculated. Running an influencer marketing campaign is time-consuming, stressful, and inefficient.


Social Media users are growing rapidly, and so is the increasing number of influencers. At an even more increasing pace, the  nano and micro influencers.

The current, traditional  influencer platforms cannot facilitate the growth of this market, and in particular the nano-micro segment of influencer marketing. It requires a data driven approach and automation to make it feasible to  utilize these nano-micro influencers.

There are many time-consuming and manual processes involved in setting up an influencer marketing campaign. Finding the right (and genuine) influencers. Communicating with influencers. Managing contracts. Handling payments.

Q2- We see that Chirpley has a remarkable structure that provides market place and marketing services to users with an autonomous structure. Can you tell us what other features Chirpley has?

Chirpley offers the solution to make campaigns more streamlined and accurate at a highly economical, cost-efficient price. A market price is formed which is derived from the data from the linked social media channels of the influencers.

Q4- Web 3.0 technology is not yet fully understood by users. Can you explain the services that the Chirpley platform will offer with the Web30 infrastructure? What advantages can it provide to users?

Starting with the use of Metamask as the method of payment and inherent security built upon multiple layers, Chirpley offers a transition from the current Web2.0 to Web3.0.

Further, Chirpley endeavors to be a full fledged DAO in future providing the option to manage and govern to the end users. This is our long term vision too. To give the micro and nano influencers their own stage.

The use of further dapps in future that provide seamless connection to the platform is also part of the roadmap.

Chirpley's method to assess success is to stay open, free, decentralized, borderless, neutral and public.

Q5- What can you say about the advantages of the $CHRP token, which is planned to be used in the ecosystem? Can you please elaborate it’s role in the platform?

Chirpley intends to grow to every possible market and specialty after debuting in the crypto world, as well as support all social media sources. This decision will allow $CHRP to grow while being independent of the blockchain sector.

The token, which will serve as a utility token to promote blockchain adoption, will be put atop an underlying layer that allows users to pay in traditional fiat currency, which will automatically convert to $CHRP and boost its intrinsic worth.

Once more Dapps and offshoots are introduced to the platform, $CHRP will become a mechanism of governance.

Instead of being dependent on speculation, the $CHRP token's underlying value is calculated based on the Chirpley platform's anticipated performance. The network has designed a fee-free deflationary strategy that benefits the whole Chirpley community in order to maintain its financial advantages and implement holder rewards for Chirpley users.

Chirpley has set aside 15.6 percent of tokenomics for marketing purposes. A tiny percentage will be distributed every day and vested over a five-year period.

Probably I would talk about our vision first. Before coming to the actual answer 😊

Q7- Could you tell us more about Chirpley tokenomics and revenue of the project?

Instead of being dependent on speculation, the $CHRP token's underlying value is calculated based on the Chirpley platform's anticipated performance.

10% is charged on influencer and Brand per each transaction. 20% of total on-platform revenue to be used on performing hourly automated  buybacks, then burnt - lowering the total cap over time, making it deflationary.

By paying with  $Chirp token, the brand would receive a 50% discount on-platform fees.

The tokenomics are designed in such way that there is more scope for the holders to earn by holding and staking in relation to the milestones in our roadmap.

Q8- We would like to learn more about Chirpley's future plans and roadmap. What kind of news we may hear from you in the upcoming period?

Foremost, our immediate goals are to integrate Tiktok and rest of socifi channels onto the platform. This is expected to bring in a huge influx of potential players onto the platform considering Tiktok and the rest of channels have their own benefits.

Next up would be the integration of the platform to accept Fiat, making it the destination for both traditional and crypto markets to host their projects or activities on Chirpley platform. Chirpley is not solely dependent on the crypto market, where there is a retain requirement on influencing, there Chirpley is.

Blockchain and web 3 enables Chirpley to eventually become what we desire most. A fully self-sustainable Decentralized Autonomous Organization that is also fully automated on the product side. 15% of the TTS is linearly vested over the course of 5 years and automatically spent on the platform to perform social interactions to grow the user base.

After that timeframe, we will leverage the network effects and also gain a lot of growth from the shareable influencer profile, which makes influencers your brand advocates.

Q9- Could you reveal information about your most important backers and partners?

Q10 - Platform security is very important where many projects are hacked & bugs, so what security measures are adopted? Will there be an Audit from a third party company?

Yes, at Chirpley Platform Security is considered paramount. Especially that we are based (or moving) on a web3.0 solution.

Our infra and ICT is supported by a company which is ISO27001 certified. We have been audited successfully by SecureBlock. However, there would be more iterations of the audit as we continue building up the platform and dapps. This is a continuous process.

Our System Integration & Interoperability is Blockchain-agnostic, decentralized identity and access management. Further, on the security front Companies or Individuals can escrow funds they are planning to spend on influencer campaigns on the app. Secure connections and exchanges between Influencers and End Users.

Live Question Round

Q1. Years ago,  micro-influencers have become a new trend in social media platforms but recently they are also being criticized especially for content management.  Will Chirpley act like only an impression-price set-up platform or have other utilities, too?

Compared to mega-influencers, the engagement level of small influencers is some 600% higher.

True influencer marketing is all about credibility, engagement and trust. And this is exactly what small influencers bring into the world.

Until now, advertisers and marketers had a hard time working with small influencers. It is way easier to hire a mega-influencer and reach 20 million people than work with 1000 small influencers to get the same kind of reach.

That takes a lot of time and a lot of effort to set it up, to negotiate deals and to manage all the influencers at the same time during a campaign.

The great thing about the new Chirpley platform is that it reduce this process to something like - are you ready for this: 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes to orchestrate a complete army of the small influencers who are getting all the trust and attention of their virtual 'familie' of followers

Finally, Chirpley is a platform for influencers and brands. Running campaigns. There are 12k users on the platform out of whom 7k/8k are influencers and 285 brands. But, Chirpley as a platform does not stop there. Wherever there is a requirement for retail campaign, traditional or non-traditional, it can be hosted on Chirpley. There are a few companies that already have shown interest on using Chirpley as the portal for them to be connecting with the wider world. As another example, one of our partners have shown interest to host their entire set of around 1000KOLs onto Chirpley and have their business done through the platform. The opportunities are unlimited!

Q2. My question about Chirpley is, as a Project wanting to use your platform for marketing purposes will we have a list of influencers to pick from or we would be only matchmaked to only one influencer?.. Also please clarify this would the payment be in your platform token $CHRP or would it be in fiat? meaning i have to hold $CHRP in ordee to make payments?

The intention of Chirpley as a platform is just that. Reduce the necessity of intervention from the brand/user to provide the best possible match to the requirement the user asked for. Based on niche and other factors the brand has initially specified. Using Artificial Intelligence to derive precise and suitable data that matches the brand's requirement. And it might come up with one or ten or a thousand for that matter, based on the objective and budget of the campaign 😊 However, in future once our NFTs are made available, they can be displayed as an avatar on the influencer profile. This can be used by the brand to CHOOSE that particular influencer also to be part of the campaign, along with what the AI and ML has come up with on their requirement.
At this point influencers are paid in BUSD. And the mode of transaction is $CHRP. However as we progress we would be moving to every conceivable mode of FIAT payment. However, all of this would be again translated to $CHRP in an underlaying layer while transacting to and fro. This is to retain the value of $CHRP on the longer term.

Q3. Chirpley has developed an algorithm that will further expand the evaluated data through the Big Data methodology. This is very good.  So, could you please tell us about the "Matchmaking and Dealmaking” technologies you developed? How does it work and What are the key benefits of Matchmaking services to your users and ecosystem?

This question is partially answered in my last answer above. However, that is the essence of Chirpley. Matchmaking and Dealmaking are expected to be precise, correct and genuine. And this is made possible by the Algos themselves. Its too intricate to explain the tech here but the technique is more of evaluating the influencer profile for stats like engagement, number of genuine followers, over what period of time has the account been transacting, how much of the content is not duplicated, what level of bot engagement is attached to the profile on twitter etc

Q4. I saw that you mentioned Chirpley using "Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain technology".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       So, do you develop artificial intelligence technology yourself or do you provide it from a third party? What are the advantages of your technology infrastructure? I want to know more details about this.

I hope the below might give you some peace of mind. Knowing these are the underlying concepts. And Im not even going into the specifics of the tech. 😊 As of now we are outsourced with plans to bring the entire team inhouse shortly.

To begin with, Chirpley caters to campaigns starting as low as $50. And all you need is a 100 followers minimum to get onto our platform as an influencer.
